To ensure a smooth run of the program, unisonSteadfast have defined clear rules: Both the sending company and the host company abroad are endowed with certain rights and obligations.
The sending company selects the employee to participate in the UBEX-program. Companies can use this program to reward or motivate their staff: work performance and commitment should be your criteria when selecting the employee for the international exchange. For your staff, it is a privilege to be sent abroad showing a clear appreciation of the work performance and recognition from the management: your staff member selected for the program should be aware of this personal, professional and personal responsibility as well as to be prepared to perform as your company’s representative.
unisonSteadfast helps you pre-select the host brokers and establish contact between the sending company and the host.
The host company provides the accommodation for the exchange employee – preferably with one of the families of the host broker. It develops an individual training schedule in close cooperation with the exchange employee and the sending company and nominates a mentor supporting the exchange employee in all issues for the entire duration of the training.
